The Minden-Tahoe Airport has been selected as the airport of choice by the American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament that will occur at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course between July 5-10th. Due to an anticipated higher than normal charter and air taxi traffic, the Minden-Tahoe airport will have a temporary Air Traffic Control Tower.

THE FOLLWIING NOTAM WILL BE SCHEDULED AND IN EFFECT:

TEMPORARY AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER IN EFFECT 08:00-17:00L DAILY

TUESDAY, JULY 5, 2022 at 08:00L thru MONDAY, JULY 11, 2022 at 17:00L

• Tower Frequencies: **** Control 127.050, Ground 125.550 ****
• Arriving traffic contact tower within 5NM and 1,500 FT AGL
• Taxing aircraft and ground vehicles will need to contact ground prior entering the movement areas of the airport (as indicated in the graphic below). Movement Areas includes Taxiway Alpha and all surfaces east of Taxiway Alpha:
